The Gambia
The Gambia, known as the "Smiling Coast of Africa," is the smallest country on mainland Africa and one of its most peaceful. it is home to the Mandinka, Fula and Wolof tribes to name a few and Stretches along the banks of the Gambia River, the nation is almost entirely surrounded by Senegal. With over 560 species of birds including, Eagles, Vultures and Kingfishers, The gambia is a global bird watchers paradise. It offers all year-round sunshine with a brief rainy season, beautiful Atlantic beaches and an eclectic mix of culture and tradition.

How It Works
Step 1
Pay the requested deposit for your chosen location and then complete the registration form. If you are choosing both locations you will need to complete the process twice.
Step 2
You will receive the Property Sales Agreement for all applicants to sign. We recommend that you seek legal advice before signing the Agreement. We can provide you with legal counsel if you require.
Step 3
Continue making your monthly payments for 5 years. At the end of which you will own your home. We will construct your Villa within 2 years+ from the date your initial full deposit was paid.
Step 4
Once your home is ready you continue to make your monthly payments and you will have the option to either move into your new home, use it as a holiday home or rent it out to make a passive rental income

Maintenance Fees
To ensure the development remains clean, secure, and well managed, a monthly maintenance fee will be applied to each property once we have completed the construction. The fees are as follows:
– Monthly Maintenance Fee = £27
– Total Annual Payments = £324
