All of our Residents will be able to either Temporarily or Permanently Home Swap with other Residents living on any of our 6 Housing Developments if they so wish. We have done this to ensure that everyone will have the option to explore various African Countries whilst still living RENT FREE FOR LIFE.

Once we have successfully built our first ONE MILLION FAMILY HOMES and our Residents have moved in, we will begin constructing a number of Two Bedroom Apartment Blocks on our Developments, to ensure that when their children decide to leave home, they will have somewhere to live RENT FREE FOR LIFE, that is close to their family home.

How It Works

How it works is easy. Everyone that Ebony Villas approves, will be required to apply for a Morizon Visa Card, which they will need to start using immediately to pay their Household Bills or to Purchase Goods & Services in Shops & Business Establishments.

Each time they use their Morizon Visa Card, Ebony Villas will earn a percentage of the Transaction Fee Profits, which will perpetually generate the many millions of pounds we need, to first purchase the land and to cover the entire Construction Costs, plus the ongoing Maintenance Costs after completion.

Everyone over **14yrs Old, that is living in the household of the Approved Applicant will all be required to exclusively use our Morizon Visa Cards whenever possible to pay for Goods & Services that they would normally use a Debit Card to pay for, like buying the Weekly Household Shopping, Paying monthly Household Bills, Buying Petrol, Paying Restaurant Bills, Booking Holiday Tickets and more.
